The new leadership and management apprenticeships provide a defined framework for developing great leaders and managers for now and the future.
Whether unlocking growth in the private sector or creating a more efficient public sector, the Academy is here to support any organisation looking to utilise their Apprenticeship Levy efficiently and effectively.
Altitude for all
We offer Leadership and Management Apprenticeships at Levels 3, 5 and 6.
Our Level 3 programme is aimed at Team Leaders and First Line Managers. It last for 12 months and on completion you pass your apprenticeship and also gain a Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management through the Chartered Management Institute.
Our Level 5 programme is aimed at Ops Level Senior Managers. It lasts for 24 months and on completion you pass your apprenticeship and also gain a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management through the Chartered Management Institute. The option may also be available to achieve Chartered Manager Status which is the highest status that can be achieved in the Management profession
Our Level 6 programme is Degree Level. It lasts for 37 months and is delivered in partnership with a University.

The NSL Academy team are part of a wider learning and development team that trains thousands of people a year, helping learners gain 1,000 qualifications.
Our crew support/educators provide training from either regional hubs or one of our 250 locations and are fully supported by an experienced team with over 200 years experience between them.
Leading the programme, Jason Stevens, has 21 years experience helping people achieve greater heights in their careers.
